Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Redpath Partners is working with a growing energy and infrastructure services provider specializing in the delivery of federal and military construction projects across the United States. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex energy, facility modernization, and construction initiatives for government and defense-sector clients.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with federal contracting requirements. Candidates with experience managing DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or other federal agency projects are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Manage all phases of federal construction and energy projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and government stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with agency representatives
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor management activities
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience managing construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
- Proven experience managing federal and/or military construction projects
- Strong knowledge of government contracting requirements and project delivery processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven approach with a commitment to successful project outcomes
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or similar federal agencies
- Background in energy infrastructure, resiliency, utility, or facility modernization projects
- Familiarity with ESPC, UESC, or other federal energy programs
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
