Graphic Artist

• Create and visualize ideas graphically for documents, publications, and websites
• Provide end-users with recommendations and in-depth graphic artist support for developing documents, briefings, and websites without guidance
• Revise subject matter for graphic presentation to achieve customer intent, selecting materials, processes, and design formats without guidance
• Review layouts, sketches, and final plans for production and evaluate artistic media
• Consult with and advise customers concerning pending graphics, publications, and artwork, including cost estimates and artwork content
• Determine publication artwork requirements, including selection of ink, paper, and type style in conjunction with publication customers
• Coordinate production workflow of publications, including periodicals, brochures, and manuscripts

• Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a graphic artist
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline; five (5) additional years of experience as a graphic artist may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in graphic design and artistic presentation, with a strong focus on customer collaboration and production workflow management. Proficient in providing detailed recommendations and support for various graphic projects, ensuring alignment with client intent and publication standards.
