Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team.
Schedule- 5 8‑hour shifts or 4 10‑hour shifts
- Daytime, Mon‑Fri. No weekends
- $18-21 per hour
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment

- Enthusiastic and compassionate nature, providing an excellent experience for clients
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email
- Proficient in managing multi‑line phone systems for efficient communication
- Knowledge of Ezy Vet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred
