Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team.

• 5 8‑hour shifts or 4 10‑hour shifts
• Daytime, Mon‑Fri. No weekends

• $18-21 per hour

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting
• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the role
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment

• Enthusiastic and compassionate nature, providing an excellent experience for clients
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email
• Proficient in managing multi‑line phone systems for efficient communication
• Knowledge of Ezy Vet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred
