Landscape Architect/Planner
Our client is a growing firm providing land development and infrastructure related civil engineering services. We are looking to hire a landscape architect/planner to join the team. Duties include project management, coordination with clients and agencies in a respectful manner, performing site planning/zoning analysis for private/public sectors, producing layouts and grading, and research regulations.
Qualifications include a BS in landscape architecture/urban planning and three years progressively responsible experience, or five years progressively responsible experience. A LA license or the ability to secure one within one year is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Micro Station/Inroads, and MS Office products is a must. Experience in Prince Georges County and Montgomery County, MD is preferred, and good relationships with county agencies (MNCCPC) are required.
