Enrichment Teacher (Baltimore, MD)
This position will work closely with the Program Department to implement lessons in a classroom setting, complete required documents and reports as directed, develop and implement engaging activities, and maintain positive relationships with students and team.

By increasing exposure to various career opportunities, promoting secondary education at earlier ages, and engaging in leadership skills development, youth will set and aspire to achieve their dream career goals, focus on long‑term planning, and be better equipped to withstand negative societal influences that would otherwise inhibit their progress.
Roles and Responsibilities- Deliver consistent, engaging, and thorough programming to elementary‑middle school students.
- Prepare for scheduled sessions by reviewing lesson plans/activities and adapting where necessary.
- Create new age‑appropriate activities or lessons in areas of STEM, SEL, or arts as assigned.
- Achieve the outlined learning objectives within the time allotted while ensuring appropriate levels of engagement.
- Create a welcoming and encouraging environment, adjusting instruction to meet the skill level and needs of the students.
- On a weekly basis, provide written and verbal feedback to the Curriculum & Content Development Specialist detailing how the students performed in class as well as any challenges or highlights encountered with the program.
- Other instructional related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Current college students, science or education majors, with interest in educational instruction or working with youth; graduate students encouraged to apply.
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time and organizational management.
- Consistent, active, reliable, ethical, and accountable engagement and support.
$25 - $50 per hour
