• Assist in client satisfaction to improve retention of existing enrolled families.
• Oversee and ensure the educational progress of enrolled students, managing learning plans for current students.
• Manage and train all center staff, ensuring best practices are being utilized.
• Build relationships with the community through events both inside the center and in the surrounding community.
• Full‑time position. Shift schedule includes Monday through Thursday between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. All hours do not have to be covered, but duties will be required to be performed within these hours.

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on‑the‑job training to instructional staff.
• Teach or tutor in‑center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Learning center experience is preferred.
• College degree (or candidate seeking a degree) required.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I (pre‑calculus and calculus knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in computer skills.
