School Instructional Support

This para educator position at Lakelands Park Middle School in Gaithersburg involves supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and assisting with various academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and physical needs. The role includes facilitating student mastery of grade-level curriculum or Alternate Academic Achievement Standards and managing behaviors that impact student access to the curriculum. The position also involves supporting teachers and other staff in classrooms and may require participation in learning activities off school grounds.
