- Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work.
- Properly perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
- Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job.
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean inside and out.
The average day includes preparing for the day, filling the truck with necessary supplies, opening the company‑provided iPad and iPhone to view job details, arriving on time at customer homes to deliver high‑quality service, receiving real‑time coaching, recording notes, collecting payment, and heading home after a full day of work.
Job Type & PayFull‑time. Compensation ranges from $55,000.00 to $ per year, plus commission and bonuses.
