IT Infrastructure Engineer – Responsibilities

As an IT infrastructure engineer you will develop prototypes, experiment with emerging IT and 5G wireless technology, work with clients and team to understand strategic goals, plan and implement IT infrastructure components, resolve interoperability issues, support prototype solutions, and grow under cloud, networking, and scripting.

• 2+ years experience with IT infrastructure systems
• Experience implementing, configuring, and operating virtualization solutions with VMware, Open Shift, or Proxmox
• Knowledge of script development (Power Shell, Shell, Bash) and automation tools such as Ansible, Packer, Terraform
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Ability to implement, configure, and operate servers (Windows/Linux)
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Knowledge of networking concepts and principles
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and principles
• Knowledge of wireless networks
• Knowledge of cellular communication networks, including 4G and 5G
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Certified Administrator or RHCS Certification

Projected compensation range: $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary determined by location, education, skills, experience, contract‑specific affordability, and organizational needs. Posting will close within 90 days of the Posting Date.
