• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data related to aircraft/weapons/project acquisitions and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted process for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Supports and tracks Configuration Management or assigned projects.

• Attends, supports and updates program/project briefings, schedules and acquisitions documentation.
• Conducts research, business case analysis and technical reviews in support of assigned programs/projects.
• Reviews and provides recommendations to program/project budgets; supports program/project team leadership in management, tracking of acquisition milestones, cost schedule & performance documentation, and other assigned duties as required.
• Supports the configuration management board and reviews engineering documentation.

Journeyman level — at least 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

At least 3 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.

BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field or supplemental experience is required.
