Level 2 resources are qualified to support all Level 1 services in addition to services listed below:
Responsibilities- Configuration Testing
- Push Software releases
- Maintenance Window Card install, provisioning, port turn-up
- Email reports, posting logs on SharePoint, informing Telecommunication NOC/MSC of the completion of MW.
- Executing script on all Offloads, then all MLS
- Execute scripts on as many 7705s/7250s as possible in the maintenance window.
- Manual script execution is to be applied manually on specific routers.
- Configuration Testing: NNI Port Add Service (eNSE)
- Maintenance Window Provisioning:
Port Turn-Up. - iGen configuration generation
- SIM Lab testing
- Validate with customer: eNSE Routed Ring Migration/Brownfield
- 7210 RLC CQ portion
- EGM CQ
- TAP AL Config Generation & SIM Testing
- SR-1 HUB BL Config Generation & SIM Testing
- IXR-S HUB AL Config Generation & SIM Testing
- Status Reporting
- NRS II Certified
- LLD / MOP Review
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
