Systems Engineer (All Levels

This general application is designed for Systems Engineers at every stage of their career, from early-career to principal and lead levels, who are interested in joining our team.

We hire Systems Engineers across a broad spectrum of disciplines, methodologies, and technical environments. We regularly look for expertise in:

• Systems Architecture & Design:
  Translating complex mission or business requirements into scalable system designs, interface control documents (ICDs), and high-level architecture models.
• Requirements Engineering:
  Defining, tracing, and managing requirements through tools like DOORS or Jama across the full systems development lifecycle.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):
  Developing system models using SysML and tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or Enterprise Architect.
• Integration, Verification & Validation (IV&V):
  Creating test plans, leading hardware/software integration, and executing V&V testing to ensure full requirement compliance.
• Cyber & Security Engineering:
  Embedding security architecture, Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls, and resilience into core system designs.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Systems:
  Designing enterprise-level platform integrations, hybrid cloud environments, and network infrastructures.

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience supporting systems engineering lifecycle processes (e.g., Agile SE, V-model).
• Familiarity with standard systems engineering tools, modeling languages, or technical documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
