We are seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced hardware solutions for next-generation network security systems. This role involves end-to-end hardware design including architecture, schematic development, PCB layout, and validation of complex, high-speed digital systems.

• Design and develop printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for high-performance systems.
• Perform high-speed digital design, signal integrity analysis, and power distribution network design.
• Oversee and review schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware validation testing.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop and execute hardware bring-up, debugging, and verification test plans.
• Document design specifications, test procedures, and engineering reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development.
• Proficiency with schematic capture tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics).
• Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, SERDES).
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and board-level validation.
• Ability to work on-site in a secure development environment.

• Experience with FPGA-based system design (Xilinx, Intel/Altera, etc.).
• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for classified project environments
