- Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams across two or more technical domains
- Craft and drive strategic project and process roadmaps
- Secure critical resources and provide technical oversight

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams on complex engineering issues affecting design, production, and test
- Present technical updates to program leadership
- Manage day-to-day engineering execution of the MQ-25 flight test program
- Coordinate daily across the MQ-25 Integrated Test Team
- Manage all Air Vehicle engineering disciplines at the Patuxent River test site
- Coordinate with Program Management, Maintenance Operations, and the U.S. Navy customer
- Travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50% as required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5+ years of experience in a management and/or team lead role in an engineering and/or test environment
- Experience with interfacing database systems and applications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance

Demonstrates expertise in leading cross-disciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects within the aerospace sector. Proven ability to develop talent, drive process innovation, and maintain stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations.
