At Athletic House, we create custom apparel, uniforms, team stores, and promotional products for schools, businesses, sports teams, and organizations throughout the area. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

We're looking for someone who can keep customers happy, keep projects moving, and bring positive energy to our office every day.

Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and questions
• Help customers place orders and guide them through the process
• Keep projects organized from start to finish
• Work with our sales, design, and production teams to make sure orders are on track
• Update customers on timelines and order status
• Solve problems before they become headaches
• Celebrate when another happy customer gets exactly what they ordered!

• Love talking with people
• Stay calm when things get busy
• Like checking things off your to-do list
• Can juggle several projects without dropping the ball
• Have great attention to detail
• Enjoy being part of a team instead of working alone
• Have a positive attitude and don't mind jumping in wherever you're needed

• Customer service experience
• Hub Spot or CRM experience
• Experience in custom apparel, printing, promotional products, or sporting goods
• A good sense of humor
