Assistant Controller
Fast growing PE backed Montgomery County (Gaithersburg, MD) based company seeks an Assistant Controller to lead financial close & general ledger, internal and external reporting, debt compliance, technical accounting, and oversight of a small team.
Responsibilities- Lead financial close and general ledger processes
- Prepare and manage internal and external reporting
- Ensure debt compliance
- Apply technical accounting principles
- Oversee a small finance team
- CPA credential required
- Public accounting background
- Leadership skills to drive process improvements and efficiencies across the financial organization
