Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series7 and 66 licenses (or holds Series
63 or 65 in lieu of 66 and can pass the missing series within 60 days). - Minimum of one year of experience in the investment industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Sets and accomplishes goals, builds and nurtures strong relationships, collaborates effectively with others, and communicates confidently with all clients.
- Manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks, executes in a fast‑paced environment, and adapts to new information to seek the right solutions for clients.
- Thoroughly incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies for clients.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Pay range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan, with incentives earned based on performance against defined metrics.
