Sutherland is seeking an experienced Non-QM DSCR Underwriter to join our mortgage underwriting team in the United States. The candidate will be responsible for underwriting Non-QM residential mortgage loans with a focus on DSCR products. A minimum of 2 years experience is required, along with a strong understanding of U.S. mortgage lending guidelines.
