Manage and maintain the medical records system in compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations;
Organize and ensure medical records are easily accessible for staff and providers, both electronically and in paper format;
Respond to medical record requests from various departments, including Enrollment, PACE PCPs, and Finance;
Assist in training staff on medical record processes and provide guidance on compliance and best practices;
Ensure confidentiality of all medical records and track all requests made for records
