This is a supervisory position, requiring general and specific knowledge of community-based programs, behavioral health, recovery and rehabilitation. Primary responsibility is to assist the Program Director/Supervisor in oversight of delivery of services, staff supervision, administration, and evaluation of the Residential Program with integrity and professionalism. This position involves supervision of staff and the monitoring of the assigned budgeted line items.

Responsibilities
  • Provide smooth day-to-day operation of program activities and service delivery to clients.
  • Assess, coordinate, and implement service planning needs of clients assigned to the designated program area and accept bottom line responsibility for provision of their health/resource management needs.
  • Support the implementation of new program services and quality improvement systems to meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Ensure clients receive services based upon their individual needs.
  • Communicate case rate numbers regularly to their supervisor.
  • Ensure coordinated services to clients through effective interface with various program components and with external service providers.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of program staff as assigned.
  • Provide orientation, ongoing training and supervision and evaluation of assigned staff.
  • Ensure all necessary hiring, initial orientation and ongoing paperwork is completed and turned in.
  • Teach, coach and model skills for staff development including psychiatric rehabilitation skills, motivational techniques and cognitive behavioral techniques.
  • Supervise and direct activity of facilitators and students assigned including developing monthly schedule for staff coverage of assigned facilities and develop daily plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an associate degree and work experience which uniquely qualifies the individual for the job
  • Two years positively referenced relevant work experience including supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to navigate through applications and utilize keyboard to input required documentation into electronic health record.
  • Possession of a 4-passenger vehicle that meets company inspection, safe driving record, valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance that names employee as insured driver
  • Work primarily M-F business hours but must be flexible to adjust schedule to meet program needs including evening or weekends. Requires On-Call availability.

This position has a flat pay rate of $22.66/hr.
