Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/Hourly.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life.

Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners.

Document services using Net Health (training available if needed).

Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department.

Requirements
Requirements:

1 - Year experience Required,

BLS Certification,

Physical Therapy License.
