- Lead recruitment, hiring, and development of caregiving staff
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations of the assisted living environment
- Ensure delivery of resident-centered care and execute individualized service plans (ISPs)
- Partner with clinical teams on assessments and care planning
- Monitor resident health changes and communicate updates to families
- Collaborate with activities and dining teams to enhance resident experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Manage team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations
- Support departmental budget, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Minimum 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare
- At least 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong staffing, scheduling, and team management abilities
- Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support operations
