DCCA is hiring cleared Software Engineers (SWE) of all experience levels for a variety of current and new contracts in the Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade area, supporting the DoD/Intelligence Community.

• Highly motivated to support the national security mission and interested in being part of a growing organization
• Desire to learn new techniques or use new tools, or strengthen an existing skill set
• Work as part of a team, or even lead a team of other engineers
• Provide and implement recommendations for complex software projects
• Analyze user requirements
• Debug existing software, test, and document systems

• SWE 0 – no demonstrated experience required with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• SWE 1 – 7+ years relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 11 years of experience
• SWE 2 – 14+ years relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 18 years of experience
• SWE 3 – 20+ years relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 24 years of experience

• Experience working in an Agile development team/environment and conducting sprint planning
• Cloud technology and/or certifications
• Experience as a software team lead
• Big data

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 94,000 to 258,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
