Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a MAC System Administrator (Senior‑Level) to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The position is non‑remote with relocation incentive available. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoW Top Secret Clearance.

• Deploy, manage, and support macOS systems and software installations.
• Enforce endpoint management policies, including configuration profiles, security baselines, and device encryption.
• Manage user authentication and access controls in coordination with directory services.
• Monitor performance and ensure security hardening using DoD‑mandated configurations.
• Coordinate data backups and recovery processes using approved solutions.
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain an accurate inventory of Apple hardware/software.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for macOS best practices and collaborate with other platform administrators.

• Citizen with an active DoW Top Secret Clearance.
• Ten (10+) years of relevant experience working in an IT or Service Desk environment, or a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least eight (8+) years of experience.
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
• MacOS (Apple Certified Support Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Ability to work with customers to develop new value‑added programs and data solutions with existing structures and new requirements.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification.
• Experience with incident management within the Service Now Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong self‑starter requiring minimal supervision.
