As a Senior Consultant, Healthcare and Life Sciences at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with inter-disciplinary teams with Fortune 100 clients to drive AI consulting, delivery, solutioning, growth and scaling client experience in multiple programs and in turn drive growth for the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice.

• Drive multiple projects as a billable consultant for Fortune 100 companies.
• Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Clinical, R&D, and RWD AI (e.g., Decentralized Clinical Trial, Digital Health, Line of Therapy) leveraging Gen AI, MLOps, LLM ops, and Cloud engineering, alongside Practice delivery leader.
• Translate Clinical, R&D, and RWD business questions into clear, actionable analytics use cases.
• Act as the liaison between data science teams and Clinical, R&D, and RWD leaders to ensure insights are relevant.
• Turn complex data and model outputs into simple stories, dashboards, and recommendations for executives.
• Embed analytics into day-to-day workflows through CRM and DCT platforms.
• Ensure high-quality pharma data is used to drive patient retention, access, and trial site performance.
• Aim for client satisfaction (NPS 72+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Drive Gen AI tools usage to transform methods of delivery to show 30%+ efficiency.
• Strong logical reasoning, structuring analysis, asking the right questions, and applying logical approaches to analyze data, problems, and situations.
• Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions.
• Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest tools, actively contributing to business development efforts.
• Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent navigator of complex ecosystems across clients in a matrix organization, managing people dynamics at senior levels and resolving escalations.
• Hungry to grow client relationships globally with the right systems, processes, and team structures.
• Comfortable with inter-disciplinary ways of working with consultants, AI, Engineering, design and other disciplines, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional development.
• Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and developing comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive client QBRs & MBRs.
• Be curious to upskill and be agile to the changing tech environment globally.
• Travel to client offices 3 days a week.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years proven track record of success in leading Pharma projects for Fortune 100 companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
• 5+ years in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry.
• Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, mapping client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and linking them to business outcomes, engaging with VPs and Senior Directors.
• Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
