Technical Product Manager

Evinova is a health-tech business focused on accelerating better health outcomes by advancing digital transformation across the life sciences sector. By combining science-based expertise, evidence-led rigor, and deep human insight, we design digital solutions that enable healthcare to work better for everyone. Operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, data, and analytics, we are helping unlock the full potential of digital health, transforming how clinical research is conducted, how care is delivered, and how patients experience healthcare.

Unified Trial Solutions (UTS) is Evinova's clinical trial platform designed to simplify the trial experience for all participants and accelerate the digitization of clinical trials. The Study Lifecycle Tooling crew builds the products and capabilities that enable internal teams and external customers to configure, launch, and manage studies on the UTS platform.

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll shape how these tools should provide measurable value. You'll sit at the intersection of product strategy and engineering execution, making trade-off decisions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.

You'll join a global, cross-functional crew consisting of four agile teams of engineers, designers, and product professionals. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will own the product direction for one or two teams while working closely with the Product Manager and other teams within the crew to align on overall priorities. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across Unified Trial Solutions to manage dependencies, ensure alignment across teams, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Product Ownership

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, and product requirements for your area, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical strategy.
  • Use customer insights, operational data, and team feedback to prioritize investments and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to align priorities and deliver value across the Study Lifecycle Tooling crew.
  • Balance new capability development with technical debt reduction to ensure long-term platform health.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI, and automation to improve user experiences, operational efficiency, and product capabilities.

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery and adoption, working with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define solutions, evaluate feasibility, and navigate technical and architectural trade-offs.
  • Define and communicate clear product requirements, ensuring teams have the context needed to make informed decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your product area, building strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating dependencies across teams and domains.
  • Work across Unified Trial Solutions and the wider Delivery organization to manage dependencies and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Promote modern product practices, including AI-enabled ways of working, to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • 5+ years in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or a related role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, working directly with engineering teams.
  • Strong interest in AI technologies and understanding of how AI can enhance product capabilities, user experience, and product delivery practices.
  • Experience working with modern software development teams delivering scalable digital products.
  • Experience with backlog and documentation tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence) and requirements traceability practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and feedback to inform decisions.

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated environments and validation (GxP, data privacy, security, etc.)
  • Background in clinical research, clinical study operations, life sciences, healthcare technology, or related domains.
