• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removal of Voice and Video endpoints.
• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory.
• Responsible for creation, modification, and removal of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
• Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems.
• Responsible for responding to security incident reports.
• Works with customer tickets in the SupportIT ticketing system.

• Education:
  
  Associate of Arts or Associate of Science.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.
• Technical skills: troubleshooting of user profiles within Skype for Business and Active Directory;
  SupportIT ticketing system;
  Voice and Video Conferencing Systems.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• US citizenship required.
• Location:
  
  Annapolis Junction, MD.
• Certification: 8570 compliant with a Security+ certification.
