In this role, you'll work alongside talented engineers, architects, cybersecurity professionals, and software developers to modernize enterprise infrastructure,implement emerging technologies, and ensure missionsystemsremain secure, available, and ready forwhatever comes next.

As a Senior Network Administrator,you'll serve asa technical leader responsible for the administration, optimization, and security of enterprise network infrastructuresupporting mission-critical operations.

Please note Gaithersburg, MD is the program's primary work location.

Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination.

• Design, configure, administer, and maintain complexenterpriseLAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and datacenter network environments.
• Install, configure, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, loadbalancers, and other network infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to deliver infrastructure enhancements supporting continuous integration and rapid capabilitydelivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives asthe networking subject matter expert.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform rootcause analysis, andimplementlong-term corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain secure network architecture sin accordance with Intelligence Community security requirements andbest practices.
• Support cloud connectivity, hybrid networking, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network documentation,topology diagrams, standard operating procedures, and configuration baselines.
• Coordinate hardware refreshes, software upgrades, maintenance windows,and patch management activities.
• Partner with cybersecurityteams to address vulnerabilities, implement security controls, andsupportaudits and accreditation activities.

• US citizenship is required per contract.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 8+ years ofnetwork administration experience.
• DoD 8140/8570 Compliance:
  Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ (or higher baseline certification) to satisfy IAM Level I / IAT Level II requirements.
• Cisco Networking:
  Must possess an active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical network environments.
• Strong expertise with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Thorough understanding of:
  • TCP/IP
  • OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
  • VLANs
  • DNS/DHCP
  • VPN technologies
  • NAT
  • QoS
  • Multicast
• Experience administering enterprise firewalls suchas Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
• Experience with network monitoring and performance management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting,analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical disciplines.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

• ITIL Certification (ITIL v3 Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, or higher) or an equivalent IT service management framework certification (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000).
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense customers.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud networking.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN).
• Experience with networkautomation using Python,Ansible, or Power Shell.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture andmicro-segmentation.
• Experience with Dev Sec Opsand  Infrastructure asCode (IaC).
• Experience with VMwareNSX or CiscoACI.
