Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a well-established, client-focused independent insurance agency to identify an experienced Personal Lines Client Service Representative (CSR) to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will support personal lines clients by managing day-to-day policy servicing, partnering with producers and carriers, and ensuring an outstanding client experience through accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of personal lines insurance accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and account updates
- Respond to client questions and requests regarding policies, coverage, billing, and account information
- Process policy changes, including adding or removing vehicles, drivers, properties, and other insured items
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process endorsements, and resolve policy-related issues
- Assist clients with claims reporting and provide ongoing support throughout the claims process
- Support policy renewals, supplemental applications, and account remarketing as needed
- Review policy documents for accuracy and maintain current, organized client files
- Collaborate closely with producers, account managers, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless account management and exceptional client service
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency environment
- Hands-on experience working with Applied Epic required
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Strong knowledge of personal lines policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client account management
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach
