Part Time Valet Trash Collector – Door Step Valet Waste Removal.

• Must own and operate a late‑model pick‑up truck in good condition.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must speak English.
• Must be comfortable using smartphones and delivery apps.
• Former military service members preferred.
• Federal tax r preferred; LLCs and corporations welcome.

Shift hours:
Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key responsibilities:

• Retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door, regardless of weather.
• Transport collected trash to the onsite trash compactor.
• Maintain a clean and functional pick‑up truck.
• Arrive on property by 7:55 PM, ready for work.
• Communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager.
• Operate quietly to respect residents’ bedtime routines.
• Adhere to the mandatory pick‑up schedule with punctuality.

The role is a 5‑year contract position, offering part‑time work for dedicated, hard‑working individuals with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
