Management candidates should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience, including scheduling, training, marketing, and business development. The candidate will also be responsible for servicing customers.

- Licensed in the State of MD

- Management experience supervising 6+ employees

- Responsible for providing services and managing all aspects of the business, including revenue and product goals, daily operations, staffing, education initiatives, and business development
