This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and improving processes from the ground up.
About the RoleIn this role, you will oversee a team of 314-4 customer service
14focused direct reports and manage the full lifecycle of supply fulfillment from accurate inventory tracking to ensuring timely delivery of client orders. The department is entering a new phase of optimization, providing a unique chance for a motivated leader to bring structure, creativity, and efficiency to the operation.
- Oversee daily fulfillment of supply orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers
- Monitor and maintain precise inventory levels, including automatic reorder triggers and client notifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supply-related questions, issues, and escalations
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs
- Rebuild, refine, and document processes to enhance efficiency and overall department performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a customer service
14oriented team - Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve supply chain workflows
- Experience in supply, fulfillment, or inventory management strongly preferred
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process-improvement skills
- Ability to create structure, build workflows, and lead change
- Proficiency with inventory management systems; experience with ECI is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem
