About the Position
With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Store Leadership Teams are essential to our business. As Store Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the store, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, increase profitability, and execute marketing and promotional directives.
Responsibilities- Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain a high level of service and quality.
- Inspire, educate, guide, and develop associates and keyholders for short‑ and long‑range growth plans.
- Deliver operating budgets and manage expense control to achieve profitability goals.
- Ensure accuracy of all store operations, including front and back house functions.
- Maintain timely recordkeeping for applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
- Communicate regularly with Area/District Manager, providing relevant market information and employee successes and challenges.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of functional experience, including managing individual contributors and a department or serving as a lead.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems and drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Proficiency operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and various software packages.
- Work in a physically active environment, moving items that may weigh up to 40 lbs.; use of specialized equipment may be required.
- Occasional travel (approximately 5%) for meetings and business support.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location‑specific business trends.
- Salary Range: $72,030 – $111,760 (pay decisions based on market, capabilities, experience, and internal equity).
