Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Growth We are seeking a strategic business leader to oversee a portfolio of insurance and member benefit products, drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and lead long-term business strategy. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leadership role combines business management, marketing, analytics, partner oversight, and team leadership within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own business performance, growth strategy, and profitability for a portfolio of products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, retention, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze financial, market, and customer data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer experience initiatives.
- Manage external partners, vendors, and key stakeholder relationships to ensure performance and accountability.
- Establish performance metrics, reporting, and business optimization processes.
- Lead, develop, and mentor team members while managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive business leadership experience with responsibility for revenue growth, financial performance, product strategy, marketing, and partner management.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, employee benefits, association programs, affinity marketing, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing risk, governance, compliance, and vendor relationships.
- Ability to obtain Life Insurance and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months of hire.
