Systems Engineer
Systems Engineer 4 – DCCA (veteran‑owned IT business)
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
Education/
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field with at least 10 years of system engineering experience,
• or Master’s degree with at least 8 years of system engineering experience,
• or 14 years of system engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Facilitating conversations with stakeholders
- Extracting requirements for customers
- Executive‑level communication
- Project decomposition in JIRA
- Able to whiteboard processes/ideas effectively
- Prior experience with system migrations
- Prior experience with Agency or DoD enterprise‑level information technology or systems
- Prior experience with cloud computing architecture (AWS)
- Prior experience with analyzing, configuring, installing, and integrating high‑performance computing systems
- Optional but desired:
Prior experience with cloud computing architecture (AWS)
Compensation:
Salary range for Maryland – $180,000 to $220,000, with final salary determined by experience and other factors.
