Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Thursday

Position Type: W2 Contract | 3-Month Assignment (Tentative) | Potential for Extension or Conversion to Full-Time Based on Business Needs

We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations at a regulated production facility operated by a global medical device manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for supporting high-volume production processes while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

The Production Machine Operator will perform routine production tasks including filling, packaging, assembling, labeling, inspection, and utility operations under general supervision. The role requires adherence to established procedures and quality systems including FDA regulations, GMP standards, and ISO
9000 requirements. Work is performed as part of a team in a structured production environment with direct supervision.

• Perform routine production tasks including filling, packaging, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspection
• Operate within standard operating procedures and established manufacturing processes
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO
  9000 standards
• Support daily production goals and team output requirements
• Follow detailed work instructions under direct supervision
• Rotate between production tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Perform basic math calculations and accurately record production data
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work extended or flexible hours when required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of recent manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand instructions in English
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and rotate through multiple production tasks
• Reliable transportation to the work site required
