Carl Buddig and Company is seeking a General Labor/Packaging team member to produce and package cooked products in a smokehouse environment. You will follow GMPs, HACCP and SQF guidelines, perform oven checks, record data, and support cross-training across shifts in a fast-paced facility.
Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English, keep accurate records, and remain safety-minded while lifting up to 35 pounds and standing 10 hours daily in cooler temperatures. Overtime may be required.
