Th is role manages advanced warehouse operations with minimal supervision, supports cross-functional teams, and helps train junior staff. This position leads deviation investigations and process audits to uphold Current Good Manufacturing Practices ( cGMP ) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP ) standards. Strong coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional communication skills are essential.
- Manages routine communication with vendors and support teams to support day-to-day operations functions.
- Safely operates, monitors and trains others in the use of Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), including electric pallet jacks, turret truck and similar equipment.
- Performs and trains others in specialized ERP (SAP) and RF system transactions, while coordinating with external support teams as needed.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify against documentation and enter data accurately in ERP systems, adhering to GDP, providing training to others.
- Label, stage, and store materials in appropriate warehouse locations, including cold storage, following cGMP and safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, prepare, and ship orders, including hazardous and biological materials, in compliance with cGMP and approved procedures.
- Reservation fulfillment to support CDMO operations efficiently and accurately.
- Transport materials across the site ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and assist with daily and weekly inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate material tracking and inventory control.
- Deliver materials to internal teams such as production and quality while ensuring all movements are documented per GDP.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, and GDP while proactively identifying and suggesting major process improvements in collaboration with supervision and team leads.
- Lead deviation investigations and support implementation.
- Use shipping software (e.g., Fed Ex/UPS) to prepare outbound shipments accurately and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas consistent with cGMP requirements.
- Comply with all applicable safety regulations, including use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials.
- Leads and supports continuous improvement projects or initiatives that directly impact P&L.
- Support general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Education and
Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, plus 4+ years of experience in a regulated cGMP material management environment with SAP
- Proficiency in similar ERP systems, cGMP and biomanufacturing environments
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Intermediate Excel skills, and other MS programs
- Ability to lift up to65lbs on regular basis
- Ability to work in 2-8C and
-20 C environments - Mustsafelyoperatematerial handling equipment andcompleteDOT training within 90 Days of hire
- Ability to navigate digital systems and tools in highly regulated cGMP, GDP, and biomanufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, be able to adapt to evolving environments

Schedule:
- Occasional weekend and night hours, based on business needs.
- Required on-call rotation for after-hours support.
