Overview
Montgomery Village Health Care Center is currently looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor (Nights 11:00pm - 7:30am) to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Location: Montgomery Village, Montgomery County, MD
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision for nursing staff during night shifts to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate and communicate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in scheduling, training, and professional development activities for nursing staff.
- Experience required
