Leidos Digital Modernization sector seeks an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager for the Quality Engineering and Control (QEC) team within the Department of War enterprise data and analytics program. The role supports the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of data and analytics products across multiple DoD organizations, translating operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions. The position is located at Fort Belvoir and requires a deep understanding of quality assurance, program management, and enterprise data engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Quality Manager in executing plans and activities that measure requirements according to Leidos policies and standards.
  • Lead the Quality Management Meeting for the contract on a monthly basis with the customer, reporting status of program activities to Program and Leidos Leadership.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for all Advana activities.
  • Define quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with contract deliverables, customer satisfaction, and service performance metrics.
  • Measure program performance against contractual requirements and review deliverables to support the full deliverable lifecycle for compliance and records results for tracking and analysis.
  • Track performance indicators and support the generation of Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) for any unmet AQLs or SLAs.
  • Assist in creating the Internal Audit Schedule to drive compliance with the PWS, QASP, Leidos Policies and Procedures, the Quality Plan, and other industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI‑SVC.
  • Conduct process audits, performance reviews, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support corrective action planning, testing documentation, and lessons learned across all tasks.
  • Facilitate process improvement activities, conduct root cause analysis, and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
  • Work to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables, managing large projects or processes with moderate impact on sub‑family results.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and program management.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Quality Management Plans (QMP).
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes, including system, software, data, and service quality.
  • Experience conducting process audits, performance reviews, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation.
  • DoD Top Secret clearance required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Must possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) programs and requirements.
  • Familiarity with SOC1 audits and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML engineering and operations.
  • Experience with enterprise data engineering and operations.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity and financial operations (FINOPS).
  • Experience with customer success and user support operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $92,300.00 – $. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
