Dimensional Metrology Technician

As a Dimensional Metrology Technician, you will be responsible for conducting dimensional metrology, calibrations, and measurement services. The candidate will:

  • Perform precise calibrations of gauge blocks, thread standards, wires, precision spheres, and other dimensional artifacts in accordance with established measurement procedures.
  • Maintain the integrity, traceability, and quality of measurement services while supporting efficient laboratory operations and ensuring the timely processing of calibration workloads.
  • Prepare calibration reports and measurement uncertainty budgets, monitor statistical process control parameters, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality system requirements.
