Clinical Manufacturing Scientist - ADC Potency Lab

• Execute analytical assays and laboratory studies in both lab and clean room environments
• Support clinical manufacturing activities including process characterization, de‑risking studies, engineering runs, and PPQ-related testing
• Perform recirculation studies, material compatibility testing, and sterile filter validation (e.g., Vmax studies)
• Prepare, label, track, and manage large sample sets (500+ samples)
• Document experimental work accurately using electronic lab notebooks (ELNs)
• Assist with data tracking, review, and preliminary analysis
• Adapt to evolving study plans and troubleshoot day‑of‑study challenges
• Work with high‑potency compounds, including Antibody‑Drug Conjugates (ADCs), within Occupational Exposure Band 4 (OEB4) and/or OEB5 environments as required
