Temporary Retail Operations Associate

Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of operational processes. Responsibilities include greeting customers, proactively approaching athletes to understand their needs, and supporting their shopping experience. All merchandise and product received at the store must be processed in accordance with established programs and procedures, while maintaining an organized backroom with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead so merchandise is easily accessible.

You will uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and other freight‑related tasks. Complete all processes according to service level standards and adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information, create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected, and take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
• Targeted Pay Range: $18.50 - $25.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
