Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offer guidance and support regarding self-service technology and purchasing decisions; locate merchandise for members; resolve member issues; promote company products and services;
Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations;
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, displaying, pricing, and identifying shrink;
Monitor product quality and sanitation; ensure proper product rotation and recalls are followed;
Process work assignments collaboratively with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; assist with club pick-up orders and staging.
