Our Client, a well-respected Brand and Retailer in the Cannabis industry, is expanding and actively seeking experience Retail GM's to help lead strong high volume teams.
You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the store, lead and develop a large retail team, drive sales and customer experience, and make sure the operation runs efficiently, compliantly, and at a high level.
What we’re looking for:- Proven GM or senior retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong track record leading, coaching, and developing large teams
- Highly metrics-driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance
- Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where there’s always something happening
- A hands-on leader who can balance people, performance, and compliance
