Manager, Sales – Auto & Personal Lending

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Executives, developing strategy around the auto and personal lending market.
  • Own and manage a healthy pipeline by setting prospecting standards, monitoring funnel conversion metrics, and ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage.
  • Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets by removing obstacles and ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales cycle.
  • Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms.
  • Deliver market insights to inform go‑to‑market strategies and influence product positioning.
  • Establish high‑level relationships with C‑level executives, decision makers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on demand generation, messaging, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with the Partnership Team to deepen partner relationships and support joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or management role selling technology solutions to auto and personal lenders.
  • Strong understanding of lending operations, servicing workflows, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations within financial institutions.
  • Tech‑savvy with a strong grasp of modern sales tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and market research methodologies.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams to refine strategy and execution.
  • Active involvement in the lending industry, including attendance at trade shows, familiarity with key publications, and engagement with industry consultants.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting processes and demonstrated familiarity with modern prospecting tools and best practices to drive pipeline generation.
Annual Salary Range

$140,000 - $150,000 USD
