ARS is hiring in-store Sales Leads to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.
You’ll connect with homeowners while they shop, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.
What We Offer:
Hourly pay + UNCAPPED commission; average earnings $20-$30/hour with commission; weekly pay; paid training; flexible part-time and full-time
