Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.;
Assist with routine security-related duties such as incident reporting, directional assistance, and following post orders while adapting to varying environments and conditions across the location.
