Join Mallick Mechanical Services! We're hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are looking for fast-paced, high-quality work and who are looking to expand their skillset further. This role requires strong technical competency, customer-facing professionalism, and the ability to work independently in occupied residential environments.

• Troubleshoot and repair all manner of residential HVAC systems: air handlers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, humidifiers, boilers, etc.
• Perform Preventative Maintenances on residential equipment - includes detailed checks, sequence knowledge, and thorough documentation. Requires the ability to understand and perform maintenance instructions from the manufacturer as well as executing upon company standard procedures.
• Perform and oversee testing of repaired or newly installed equipment.
• Interface professionally with homeowners, property managers, facility staff, and general contractors.
• Clearly communicate findings, repair options, timelines, and cost implications to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all job sites.
• Accurately complete service tickets, work orders, and daily reports using company systems. Provide clear notes to support billing, warranty claims, and follow-up work.
• Participate in training, certifications, and ongoing technical development.
• Support company values, culture, and customer service standards.
• Regularly lift tools and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly climb ladders, work on rooftops, and access confined spaces.
• Regularly work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• On-call or after-hours work may be required based on service demands.

• 3-5 Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Journeyman License
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Safety-oriented, reliable, team-player mindset
• Strong communication skills and technical writing skills
• Proficiency in industry standard technology (smartphones, tablets, MS Office, dispatch/reporting software)
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for customer service

• OEM training or factory certifications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
