A prominent senior living organization in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in maintenance and must be able to work full-time with weekend and evening availability. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, CFC certification (or ability to obtain), and First Aid certification are required.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage.
